UWC was featured on Radio France International (Romania) - "UWC Scholarships, an opportunity for an elite education". UWC is not only about a strong academic programme culminating with the International Baccalaureate Diploma. It is much more than this. It is about educating future leaders, about shaping those who, by knowing the world around them, will then change it. 

At the 17 UWC colleges spread around the world on 4 continents, an incredibly diverse pool of adolescents between 16-18 years old from +150 countries live and study together for 2 years (XI and XII grades in the Romanian educational system). 70% of the students receive a form of financial aid and 5% of the scholarships go to refugees via an ongoing partnership with the UN Agency for Refugees.
