Vladimir Vintu

Vladimir graduated UWC Adriatic in 2016, where he organized two projects that brought his fellow UWCers to his hometown in Constanța to spread the values and mission within his local community. He then left for Colorado College in the US and returned to Constanța to pursue a career in teaching.
Vladimir is currently finishing his PhD in Mathematics while teaching in the local university and within his private center. He is involved in various projects and volunteering activities, including a collaboration with the rural areas of Constanta to promote mathematical education, organizing courses and summer camps for children and youngsters with themes such as personal development, volunteering and Math, and European projects for bringing science closer to Romanian citizens and spread awareness of the impact of fake news among high schoolers.
Following his transformative experience at UWC, Vladimir has organized various presentations of the movement in his local community. In 2023, he reached out and began actively working with the National Committee and in 2024, he became an official member. Vladimir's ultimate goal is to inspire the young generations and help them shape positive and healthy values and principles for themselves.
